Please arrive at least 10- 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can fill out required paperwork, decompress and make full use of the spa facilities. We ask you silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to rescheduling or reduced treatment time to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will still be charged in full.

Guests with any medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of ANY existing medical conditions by completing a client intake form prior to receiving your treatments. Addicted to Skin the beauty & Aesthetics Studio reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

Spa guests under the age of 17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 13-17 can enjoy facials, waxing (not including bikini area) Guests ages 13-15 must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service. Guests ages 16-17 must have a parent or guardian on premise during the entire service (unless state law differs)

SERVICE REFUNDS 

There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management. There are no cash/credit back refunds. If management determines that compensation is appropriate, the client will receive an in house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.

BOOKING POLICY

All appointments for NEW clients, clients with a history of no-shows, and or last minute cancellations will require a 25% non refundable retainer fee that will be used towards your service. We appreciate your understanding as the last minute cancellations greatly effect our staff, clients, and business practices. Please be mindful when booking, as we hold this spot specially for you and it is difficult to fill an appointment without sufficient notice. We do understand emergencies occur and we will address those as needed.

At Hypnotic House of Hues, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24- hours prior for all services, so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hour policy, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card. Any services cancelled same day will be concidered a no show and you will be charge 100% of service fee. If we can fill your spot with a client from our waiting list, we will not charge you. Any fees left unpaid, will be sent an invoice via text, email or USPS mail. 

If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price with your on-file credit card. You will then have to prepay for all future appointments. Any fees left unpaid, will be sent an invoice via text, email or USPS mail. 

If you are late 10 minutes or more, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If you are late and we proceed with your service, please note that you will be charged full price, but will recieve a shortened service so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service you missed.

All clients no matter the service are required to fill out our consent/medical history forms. If forms are not filled out, you will not be taken back for your service and will be required to pay for your missed appointment. If you have trouble filling out your forms, please arrive 20 mins early and we would be happy to assist you.
